ESE is a participating designer and
co-developer of
the Super
Peakers electric power generating plants, to
be sited on either, or
both ESE'
privately owned land,
and/or on BLM administered land, in the vastness of
the Southern
California Mojave Desert.
ESE affiliate Prototype Inventions Enterprise hold the
Worldwide Copyright User's Licenses of all invented
technology, proprietary prototype designs and the
invented multi components and units, positioned
to contribute such to the User, in equitable position.
ESE as a parent, is a holding company and is positioned
to venture with either fast exit Private and/or Institutional
Investors, Private Equity Firms and/or Hedge Funds, with
participating equitable percentage (%) of project cost.
Exit is at minimum of 24 and maximum of 36 months, at
which time the User, as the owner-operator takes full and
unconditional control of electric power generating assets.

EAH with ESE, are positioned to develop on behalf
and on account thereof owners-developers, as the
participating designer and developer, Super Hybrid
Facility (SHF), an electric power generating projects
and facilities, which includes Seawater Desalination
and Ice Production Plants, siting at a single location.
EAH / ESE, are to participate in the
development
of multi SHF assets, fully integrated electric power
generating, in synergy seawater desalination and
ice production facilities, utilizing recovered free
energy fuel, based upon the Founder's technology,
proprietary prototype designs and sub-components,
invented during many years of R&D by the Founders.
EAH, with ESE are not a bidder in
any solicitation,
issued by the Republic of Mexico. Strictly a contributor
of its viable technology, copyrighted designs, including
all invented components (not off-the-shelf), also for the
benefit of all Municipalities in B.C., and Mexico.
