Cautionary Statement
posted by ESE/EAH founders
and scientist.
November 15, 2008 - - Chino Hills, CA
For the past three years, ESE/EAH
founders and scientist
has been presenting all of their proprietary technology,
designs and components to the US and the Republic of
Mexico Regulatory Governmental agencies.
The presentation's intent and purpose was aimed to foster
awareness, as well as intervention during any proceedings
by ESE/EAH, in event of an attempt by others to present
designs with similarity, either copied, or reengineered,
seeking license to construct and operate similar facilities.
In addition to above capital intensive outlay and time
consuming tasks, ESE/EAH founders and scientist, prior to
embarking on said presentation, has embedded into their
copyrighted technology, designs and components, certain
curtailing elements, fostering and deterring others from
either applying "twisted reengineering", or otherwise by
claiming new and/or somewhat improved technology.
These combined efforts, are almost equal to the time and
efforts expanded during the R&D time contributed to invent
these technology, designs and components.
In the cumulative, above efforts are to foster protection to
the Investors, participating in the development of these
projects/facilities, construed as minimized risk to near-zero.
Regardless of being commercialized, these technology with
embodiment into one mass designs and components, will
not fall into the Public Domain. No technology transfer.
Nonexclusive Copyright Users License is to foster
the
development of the Super Peaker and of the Super Hybrid
Facility, equitably to all participants and stakeholders.

Braking News - - C.H. California- - Nov. 17, 2008
Modeling
analysis revealed that the Super Hybrid Facility
(SHF),
will surpass the Recovered Energy and the Seawater Reverse Osmosis
(SWRO) systems, in both, up to 32% less electricity consumption and up
to 44% additional power generated by utilization of the invented
recovery energy component, termed as the "Plumes Turbine-generators".
In
addition, the lifecycle analysis revealed that none of
the
current recovered energy and reverse osmosis systems,
can match
the net drinking water production by the SHF,
modeled at an additional
up to 33%, as well as in the
Operation & Maintenance
(O&M), Fixed and Variable cots,
in the
cumulative of less than 30%.
Methodology
applied in the project development cost, also
revealed
that the SHF' development cost is almost 35% less,
than other recovered
energy and reverse osmosis systems.
The
resultant reveals that SHF will be more economical and
substantially
less costly than other recovered energy/SWRO
facility,
thus the SHF is promulgated as a strong competitor.
ESE/EAH founders and scientists, has successfully presented
all of their invented technology, designs and components to
the Governmental regulatory agencies in the US, as well as
in Mexico, thus precluding and curtailing others from either attempting
to reeingeer with similarity, or presenting similar
designs for facilities, seeking license to construct and operate.
